Server owners

List your server

A complete, free listing, published as soon as you send it. Here are the steps, what to prepare and the accepted media formats.

Six steps, from creation to publication

  1. 1Game

Choose the game or community. The features offered next (modes, versions, rules) depend on the game.

  2. 2Details

Name, tagline, description, languages, versions and features. This is what players compare from one listing to another.

  3. 3Media

Logo, thumbnail, cover and gallery. You pick the focal point and check the preview of each slot.

  4. 4Connection

Address and port, join code, Discord invite or launcher link. For supported games, Rankserveurs then measures the player count roughly every 10 minutes.

  5. 5Preview

You see your listing exactly as players will, before sending it.

  6. 6Publication

Your listing goes live as soon as you send it, and its media as soon as they're processed. Online players show up right after.

What to prepare

Required

  • The server's game.
  • The server name, 2 to 60 characters, as shown in game (not all caps beyond 6 characters).
  • A tagline of at most 140 characters, shown in results.
  • A description of at least 80 characters (20,000 at most) with rules, atmosphere and events. Markdown formatting during your Sponsored days.
  • The languages spoken on the server.
  • Accepted versions and the game's required features, such as "Cracked" for Minecraft Java.
  • The way to connect that suits the game, such as an address (and port), a join code, a Discord invite or a launcher link.
  • A logo and a thumbnail.
  • For every uploaded media, confirmation that you have the right to use it.

Recommended

  • Other features (modes, wipe schedule…), to show up in filters.
  • A cover and an image gallery to show off your server.
  • The website and the Discord invite.
  • Population and monetization, always shown as "Declared by the owner".

Media formats and limits

Rankserveurs converts every media into lightweight formats (AVIF, WebP, MP4, WebM). Here is what is accepted on upload.

  • You choose a focal point and every slot is cropped around it, without ever stretching the image.
  • An image smaller than the target isn't enlarged. It's published at its own size, with a warning.
  • Every animated media has a still poster, shown when animation isn't allowed by the plan or has been turned off by the visitor.
  • Only upload media you have the right to use. No repurposed official logos. The team removes media that break the rules.

Free, Podium and Sponsored

The listing, votes, reviews, statistics and integrations are free. The Podium and Sponsored put your server forward, with its animated media. No offer changes the ranking.

Publication and checks

No waiting. Your listing appears in the ranking as soon as you send it, and its media usually within a minute.

The Rankserveurs team checks published listings and can remove a listing or media that breaks the rules. Every player report is reviewed by a person.

  • Published

The listing appears in the game's ranking and in search.

  • Removed

A listing that breaks the rules is suspended, with the reason. You can appeal the decision from the Contact page.

Your server is already listed?
